I have been involved in legislative processes and policy design at both national (Poland) and European level, having participated as an expert in supporting the political process, impact assessment, drafting, and consulting legislation. I have conducted research on enforcement and implementation of EU law in the Member States (stakeholder interviews, desk research, etc.), having participated in projects commissioned by the European Commission, European Commission DG EAC, European Labour Authority, and European Parliamentary Research Service. I am experienced in cooperating with social partners (both trade unions and employers' organizations). I also provided expertise for stakeholders at the international level (OECD, ETUI).

My areas of expertise are: 

• labour law, in particular non-standard forms of employment;

• platform and digital economy, including Digital Single Market; 

• social security; 

• access to justice.
