This is a personal website of Karol Muszyński.

I am an economic sociologist and a socio-legal researcher. I am interested in employment relations, working conditions of persons in non-standard forms of employment (in particular creative and gig workers), and labour law violations and circumventions.

I am currently an assistant professor in labour and economic sociology at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Sociology, Department of Economic Sociology and Public Issues. 

I am a also research associate at the KU Leuven, Centre for Sociological Research.
